I help sensitive, powerful women (often healers and intutives) reconnect with the primal intelligence of their bodies and reclaim their voice. I believe that being embodied is one of the most radical acts of rebellion in a culture that rewards disconnection. That inner work is the most potent form of activism.

This work isn’t about following an agenda, fixing or healing you. I believe that less is more. That compassionate, attuned presence is often the most transformational medicine there is.

Some people call me the Queen of Freedom, a bridge between safety and self-expression.

My body of work is informed by over a decade of study and lived experience in holistic health, nervous system education, trauma-informed care, bodywork, embodied communication coaching, ritual healing, and energy work. It’s evolving, as I continue to grow.

I teach what I have lived and embodied in my own nervous system. I work in sacred reciprocity — honoring right relationship with the body, the nervous system, and what’s emerging, in service of safety, sovereignty, and truth.
