3. Client Responsibility & Consent

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offering, all sales are final. This includes sessions, mentorship, workshops, group programs, and digital products.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy (24 Hours)

• To reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and non-refundable

No-shows may be forfeited and non-refundable

5. Group Programs & Community Spaces

For group programs, workshops, or community spaces, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants

• Engage respectfully and avoid harassment, hate speech, threats, or harmful conduct

• Respect consent and boundaries

Zandra’s Healing Arts LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines. Removal does not guarantee a refund unless required by law.
