My work is organic, intuitive, collaborative, and body-led. I don’t follow a formula; I follow what is most alive in the present moment. My approach isn’t about doing more healing techniques or teaching you modalities; it’s about integrating healing into your daily life and finding the unique pathway back home to yourself.
My work is for sensitive, powerful women who are done living in their heads, done overgiving, and ready to trust their voices, boundaries, and truths in real time.
I believe that all healing is self-healing, meaning that your body is wise and intelligent, that you have what you need inside of you. I’m here to be a compassionate witness, to help you remember your wholeness and hold space as you come home to listen to the wisdom of your own body. I also believe that healing happens when we feel safe, and my work is centered around creating safe spaces and tuning into what is most alive in your nervous system.
My work is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and deeply relational.
Through somatic healing, energy work, embodied communication, ritual magic and community medicine, we repair your relationship with your nervous system and your voice, so you may embody your most free-spirited sovereign self.

These 90-minute sessions are organic, collaborative, and guided by your nervous system's readiness. We may work with somatic inquiry, energy healing, gentle bodywork, and integration practices. Always led by consent and what is most alive for you in the moment. Sessions are offered in-person in South Minneapolis or online via Zoom

Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember that our essence as women is like nature, wise, wil,d and free. There is no way you can do it wrong. A somatic exploration where we journey from the head down into our hearts through epic music, ritual, community connection, and dance.
